Founder Story

Hello everyone,

We are Benjamin "Benji" Villalon and Claudia Villalon, the proud owners of Benefitnessnow. Working as a personal trainer, Benjamin began to see a trend in many of his clients: they couldn’t make it to the gym to workout. They were prioritizing work, their families and their busy schedules, and their health was the last thing on their never ending “to-do list”. Benji saw their need and in 2017 decided to make the leap and open Benefitnessnow, bringing the workouts to his clients, helping them transform their health from the comfort of their home.

A little background about us:

Benjamin has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has competed in 2 national bodybuilding competitions and has seen firsthand what it takes to transform your body. In addition, He is a certified holistic nutrition coach. Benjamin has a true passion for creating programs for busy parents as well as senior adults. He oversees our trainers, program development and provides accountability with all our clients

Claudia has been in small business for 13 years and on the side, she enjoys learning all there is to know about women’s fitness and the challenges that come with our ever-changing bodies. She enjoys developing programs geared specifically for that. She handles all our operations, marketing and anything “Admin” we need.

Our philosophy is simple: anyone can work out anywhere, anytime, without needing access to a gym. We are your one-stop shop for all health and fitness needs, offering 45 minutes of personalized one-on-one personal training. We take our time to bring on highly qualified Personal Trainers that have the same values and passion to help others on their journey. Additionally, we provide customized online workout programs and nutrition plans to help you achieve exceptional fitness results, keeping you consistent and accountable with your goals.
