"Ben is the MAN! When I first met him, I was completely a mess. I had stopped tucking the kids into bed because it meant climbing up to the second floor. I had no energy, my cholesterol was through the roof, my thyroid and testosterone were both low, I had pains in my joints, both knees, and my lower back.  I was the heaviest I had ever been in my whole life. I was only 42, but I felt over 60. My diet was crap and my muscles had all left me. I was weaker than my wife. I knew something had to change or else I would either get seriously sick or just die from a heart attack. But I hate going to the gym. I have tried exercising on my own but never stick to it.

That all changed when I started with Ben. Now I workout every week. Because I know he is coming. I still hope that he will forget but he never does.
